Then cross about 2 hours of open water to Taquile, an island of stone paths and farm terraces whose textiles UNESCO recognised in 2005. Walk up to the main square, have lunch in a community kitchen, and take a gentler path down to the boat. Hotel pickup and drop-off in central Puno are included.
