Mad Scientist Drink Fusion Lab, a Mocktail Focused Workshop
Step into an immersive zero-proof laboratory where flavor, creativity, and experimentation take center stage. No experience necessary. The experience begins with a thoughtfully crafted introduction to a collection of original, unconventional techniques—an exploration of ingredients, tools, and sensory elements through a distinctly “mad scientist” lens. You’ll encounter unexpected flavor pairings, inventive methods, and a reimagined approach to drink creation that moves beyond traditional mixology. Then, the laboratory becomes yours. With access to a curated array of premium ingredients and specialized equipment, you’ll create your own sophisticated zero-proof drinks. There are no recipes to follow—only ideas to explore. Taste, adjust, and evolve your creations as you experiment freely within an intentionally designed, intimate setting. Balancing playful discovery with refined presentation, this experience invites you to engage deeply with flavor—resulting in something entirely your own.
